Sprint Front hub brake pipes

Hi All,
I have a new set of Goodrich brake hoses for my 71 Sprint. I thought at first at 295 mm long the front ones were to short and questioned this with the supplier. They are right.
My front calipers have the fluid inlet at the top and are the nipple type connector (not banjo as the rears) it seems the previous owner did a bit of a bodge and fitted the wrong flexible hoses from something else.
I'm advised there should be a solid brake pipe leaving the caliper and heading forward to a mounting tag, then the flexible takes over and links to the chassis bracket
I have no solid pipes and worse of all no anchorage brackets. I can make both, not a problem but would like some idea of how it all fitted together and how the anchorage tag was mounted.
Any kind owner out there who could explain ar even better snap me a picture or two
Thanks in advance

Dave,
This is the only pic I could find in my files, not great but gives you an idea of the set up.
You can see the flexible pipe attached to a bracket that is bolted onto the calliper bolt, the short metal pipe than goes to the calliper.
