Sprint Handbrake Cable

Help finding the correct replacement cable please?

The original handbrake cable fitted to the car had the inner cable sheathed in a clear plastic sleeve, I've tried to obtain a direct copy, but the only ones that seem to be available do not have the inner cable sleeved, are we stuck with these, 'nearly - not - quite' cables, or are the propper ones still available anywhere, and if so, where?
