Brake Disc Wobble

In rebuilding the rear hubs on my S4 I note that the new brake discs do not track exactly true, from what i belive is errors in the rear hub drive shaft mounting points that the drive shaft and brake disc attach to.

Any thoughts on what tolerances would be acceptable please.

Disc runout should be no greater than 0.004? or 0.01 mm

I think that should read 0.004" or 0.1 mm
