up rated brake systems

i have seen on ebay some cross drilled,groved discs for a plus 2.both front and rear sets with matching pads.does anyone have experience with any particular set up.it will be for road use with a trackday or two if the chance comes up.?

Hi Paul,

Haven?t seen the product your talking about doesn?t it depend on the extra cost?

If two standard disc costs approx ?25 and the drilled discs costs say ?80 then it?s never going to be ?55 better in performance terms.

For my money I would buy the standard discs and replace a set of discs to a set of pads ? but obviously buy good pads.

Mind you I like buying nice shiny bits for my car!
