Girling brake servo - where's the little ball bearing gone?

Hi all. I've been trying to free up my Girling 2B brake servo, and with it now in pieces I can't find the little ball bearing that's part of the input piston. I've looked everywhere in the garage and outside. It's just gone. I don't recall seeing it when it came apart. Does anyone know what size it is? I think it's a non return valve between the high pressure and low pressure sides of the servo, so it's pretty important.
Any suggestions on where to buy a replacement servo would be appreciated.
All the best.
Sean.

Mark, I did both the Europa and the Sprint, I'did'nt cut the band as you can with a bit of time and effort remove and replace the original band.

I got my kit from J & L Spares. The kit included the ball you are missing together with all the seals and gaskets and a new clamping band. They were also able to supply replacement (used) air valves as one of mine was broken and these are not part of the kit. Not cheap though ... the kit was ?125 a year ago but if I recall correctly exchange rebuilt units were around double that at the time.

Mark, Its several years ago that I did it but from memory I uncrimped the indentations with a screwdriver to loosen the band off then rotated the band enough to pass the segments until I got the two halfs apart, it is a bit of a pain but it can be done
