+2 Door Window Frame remount?

Dear Specialists
1.st I try to reassemble my +2S 130 Doors. at the Bottom of the window Frame there are to flanches with holes. Hopefully anybody has an idea what this things are for.

2.nd i dont know where this Door Rod Guide Clips has to be mounted. Does they are only connected between this 2 Rods or also at the Door itself.

It's a long time since I did this but here is a picture within the door itself which shows the clips in place with the actuater rods fitted. Hope it helps
