The hinge mounting holes in the door jambs are oversized so there should be sufficient wriggle room to get a decent fit?
Have to tried simply slackening to the nuts on the hinge studs inside the car and moving the hinges - I find small timber wedges are handy to get the fit and gaps right before tightening up.

My +2 body is in the paint shop and doors have been aligned ok but the centre of the door sticks out about 5 mm proud of the sill. This would not be a problem if I was using the stainless sill trim pieces but I’m not. So….I’m thinking of getting them to slit the door bottom, pull the skin in and reglass a bit like the procedure done on 2 seater doors.
Anyone else done this or see a problem?
