History of ELAN +2 JPS 5/130S

Dear all, I was wondering whether you can help me out.
As I posted earlier I am restoring a ELAN+2 JPS from 1974.
Today I looked at the serial number and it is 73111793L, so it was produced in 1973 in November.

I received some history with the car and I can trace it back to Cornwall.
It was rebuilt in 1987 by Meadowhead garage.
The last British owner was mr. CD Marshall in Wadebridge, in 2004 he sold the car to Frits van Weynschenk a Dutch man from Oegstgeest. I was unable to trace the gentlemen on the internet.

I had some contact with the DVLA, and it came out the car was still registered in the UK, after my letter it isn’t anymore, the British registration plate was SKL656M.
It was originally equipped with engine P31420, it is unfortunately not any more, I have a replacement engine, it is has a plate from Vegantune on it, but what stage it is is unclear, the engine has no Lotus serial number on it, so perhaps it came from an other car.

Can somebody help me with some more history?
Or does somebody know the people I mentioned.
