Thanks for posting that. It seems my car was built later in 1968 then I thought. The cars before and after were build in September and July respectively.

What exactly does the 'built' date signify? My understanding is that dates are weird with Lotus, that a lot can happen between when the chassis was assigned a number and when the car was moved to Sales.
