Nice dry sunny day, hadn't started my +2 for about 2 months so thought today looked good.It started quite easily & appeared to be running better than the last time,when it would not rev over about 5,000,& all I had done to it was to disconnect the main earth lead & thoroughly clean it.Today it would easily pull to 6,000rpm on the 3mile run,but when I got home & was putting it in the garage ,on initial increase in revs it developed a misfire which disappeared on reaching about 2,000 rpm,then it stalled & on cranking to restart it would fire but wouldn't rev up.Haven't been able to start it since,shut the garage door & left it.
The car is on Dellorto's, points &condenser ,without an in-line fuel filter.
Any thoughts ?, apart from it could have sucked debris out of the fuel tank & blocked the pump,would be appreciated.
