And Gallaway, I am not worried about the height as I put on more than a few pounds since I started

Hi Jason,
It was done by Stocks Coachworks just outside Writtle. I was happy with the price and I paid what was quoted, unlike some of the quotes I got which seemed competitive until you looked closely at the details and realised that some of the work had not been quoted for and would be added on later.
The man at Stocks to talk to is Mark, they have had alot of experience with Lotus cars, mainly Esprites of which Mark owns two. They also have a website, http://www.stockscoachworks.co.uk
I am really pleased with the way the paint has turned out and another forum member, bob-rich, is having his +2 done right now.
If you want any further details on the work done pm me.
Chris.

Chris,
Just noticed your thread in the gallery today, that looks a super finish and is in the right colour (Royal Blue?), that means there are at least 2 of us now although I have the 'bulge in the bonnet look' so as to distinguish between the 2 cars.
I'm using SMS for my S4 conversion, but thats because Spyder prefer them, if I was handling the build all by myself I would definitely have a look at Stocks Coachworks, the best advertising is always reccomendation.
Regards, and keep posting pictures of the progress.

YOU HEARTBREAKER!
I had some guy come up to me a couple of years ago who swore blind that Royal Blue was a Porsche colour.
Once I wrestled him out of his anorak and threatened to stamp on his glasses he was sort of okay...m
MG colour----- you heathen, I'm shocked, I would never do anything non standard to my +2 zetec spyder conversion with tan leather interior!
Regards

My S4 is a nice Blue from Opel (that's Vauxhall in old Money).
Well it went with the Territory after I'd made a few minor mechanical changes.
Can anyone go lower down the Scale than that
John
