Mystery lights- Extra bits in the last parts box

I've quick question on interior lighting. I am restoring a 71 Plus 2S 130, and am nearing final assembly and completion after 2 years of effort. I've these two light assemblies remaining in the parts boxes that came with the car. Does anyone recognize them? I've already installed all the lighting that I am aware of.
I've got "above the door lights" in the headliner. Where do these two light assemblies go? I was thinking the small one may be for the glovebox? Not sure of the other one. I could try to find it in the parts book, but I thought someone might recognize them quickly. Any guidance would be appreciated. thank you.

Those are definitely interior lights from a +2 S130. I have the same in my car. They are the later type interior ights which are totally different to the early +2 interior lights.
I would buy them from you if you don't want them?...send me a PM if interested.

They fit above the doors in little cardboard boxes that are riveted in place I think.
They are a vw part with replacement available from vw parts places. Might not be exactly the same or good quality but available.

Mike,
I have just taken the attached photo of one of the interior light above the doors in the headlining my '71 +2S130 and these are the original Lotus fitment.
The interior lights now being sold in the UK by most of the Lotus parts suppliers have a poorly made and primitive switch mechanism and are just rubbish in my view.
This original style later +2 interior light I think were made by Hella and now seem to be unobtainable.
Hope this helps,
Alan.
*Edit. Having compared with yours mine do look slightly different I admit.

H Alan,
Thanks for the response. The lights assemblies I've found are for something else.
(I have the old light assemblies you mentioned, and have previously replaced them.

So Mike, does this mean you have sorted your headliner? Worth a separate post if you have! Sorry I didn’t get to mine first, but we got sidetracked here with a house project. Your car is looking wonderful!

Hi Stu!
Yes it’s done. It was ok. Not perfect. Maybe that’s why I didn’t post on it.
Some wrinkle areas. A difficult job. My headliner material was also average shape and 6 years in a storage box. I’d give it an 80 out of 100. You’ll have to tell me what you think. Thanks for the compliment. Overall the car is coming around nicely. Getting excited
