I understand that Paul Matty Sportscars has sold their Lotus parts business to Classic Team Lotus ,but has anyone taken over the sales aspects? If not who are the leading vintage Lotus dealers in the UK now?

I believe Paul was keeping the car sales business running.

i think that is on;y service and restorations, with parts sales handled by Classic team lotus, the "Paul Matty sports cars" website is gone and I don't know whom in the UK is devoted to sales of classic Lotus

Both long standing Lotus traders.
