Demon Tweeks

I recently placed an order from Demon Tweeks but never received it. I did get suspicious notices from two non-descript shipping companies that asked for duty payments but I couldn't contact them and even Google had never heard of them. I have emailed Demon Tweeks customer support four times with no response. Has anyone had issues with this company? Thanks

Well I have been dealing with Demon Tweeks for the last 25+years and have literally spent thousands with them over the years, mostly racing parts and products, and I have never had any problem at all with them at all. Any issues I have ever had they have always sorted them out without any problem at all.I have always found them very good in that respect.
I would suggest you try picking up the phone and actually talking to them instead of just sending emails.

Sorry, No idea…
One of the downsides of the mobile app is that it doesn’t display the user location (while the full version does…)

I would assume your CC provider knows where the payment went to, then the receiver of payment would know the tracking#

Sometimes i get a demand from the transport/shipping company to pay customs before they will deliver. Maybe that's why the goods have not arrived. Nothing to do with the sender.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve spent a reasonable amount of money at “Demon Thieves” over the last 20 years; generally ok, but my experience of their ‘Customer Services’ when thing go wrong is nothing other than appalling.

The package was sent Royal Air Mail but I don't have the tracking number and DT is not responding. I did get import duty requests from two separate companies which I assumed was for my DT order. The company names were "Express" and "Service Post". I could find no information on either company. When I tried to pay the fee the payment didn't go through but now I have some weird charges to my credit card. I have stopped payment and cancelled the card. I'll call Demon Tweeks tomorrow. Thanks for your help!

I get lots of dodgy test requests for payment of fees around shipments, probably one a week, that i ignore. At times they correspond to real shipments timing i am expecting and on a couple of occassions had actual sending company details in the text. I believe people who are handling the packages at various warehouses along its journey to Australia sell my Address details to scammers who link it to my phone number and then send fake requests for payment
You need a tracking number and only deal directly with the shipping company website and dont click on any unknown links from unknown companies
cheers

After a week of badgering, I finally heard from Demon Tweeks customer services. They provided me a link to Royal Air Mail package tracking. My package was mailed on December 30 and arrived at Flushing, NY on January 11. It is now going through customs. I guess I've become accustomed to receiving packages from SJ Sportscar in 3-4 days via DHL.
