Hi Tony,
You don`t give any details but Sue does not work Fridays or weekends, if it helps.

I know that Susan doesn't take calls and send emails over Friday and the weekend; thing is I hasn't been able to get in touch with her on her working days..!

She might have been hiding in the shade as I imagine the shed she has everything in is stinking hot right now. Maybe she’s just taking it a bit easy, sensibly I’d say, in this heat

She’s recently replied to a couple of my emails. The latest one was on Saturday.

I’m happy to report that I spoke with Susan on the telephone last Thursday or Friday afternoon.

I’m still jealous of your hood stowage bag, does she have selective telephone and email answering for her favourite customers?

Kindest regards

Bit of a recurring theme here but does anyone have any idea what the best time to catch Susan on the phone is ?
I just want to give her my credit card details and aren't keen on emailing them.
I'm on the other side of the World so afternoon for her is middle of the night for me.....
When I'm doing my old man shuffle out to the bathroom I have tried her during her afternoon, ( my 2am...).
And various morning times for her as well.
I'd just like to give her some of my money.

Thanks Eric.
Don't mind an "engaged" signal.
Be bit of a novelty after the last 40+ times of the standard 20 rings, and then cut off.

I generally avoid calling her on Mondays or Fridays. Any other day I seem to get through no problem.

Hi Ralph,
Can I suggest you email Sue, explaining your situation, and maybe "book" a time slot when you will be calling her? Put something like "New Zealand Order" in the title as I'm sure she gets as many emails as she does phone calls.
Cheers
