seems to me, Lotus is aiming itself at the crowd who can and will afford a new Lotus.
The similarities between the Emira launch and this is telling of Lotus marketing (corny).
Anyone remember the M100 launch, I don't. But I do recall the Elise launch.

The emira far outshines the awful lunch. They are very lucky it looks so good... If only there were my real facts about it other than intentions.
It feels like one of those car ads were if we don't say anything we cannot be wrong.

The molds and tooling is for sale, but they are still building Elige and Evora. They said they were stopping last month, they keep going. Maybe something wrong with Emira, or they have too many orders. Probably they also want stock of parts for sales.

If they want to make cars that very few buy and make virtually no money is what you mean.
Well, I wouldn't know about the money but how many fewer Elise's were they making than their other models. Seems that the Elise is such a car as made Lotus and if the sales were nothing special a look at the general state of the economy while they were being made should be taken into consideration. Also a look at their rapid appreciation as of late. Sure seems a demand now.....
