Utilizing a twin cam to turn a much larger water pump, making it a jet boat. Beyond cool.

Look closely- through the windscreen you can see the edge of the LHS 'butress,' and enough light entering the cockpit that I'd bet that the roof is open. Also notice that the passenger seat is seat back below the buttress, and I suspect that the former engine-compartment is now space for humans- especially since I also see the top of an outboard motor peeking up in back.

Except given the reputation of Twincam water pumps, how far from home would you want to motor? :shock:

I was thinking more of a "V" drive hooked to a jet pump. As far as the TC, a Bean/Burton conversion may be advised. Getting rid of that big lump on the transom would make the whole project a much more Lotus inspired effort.
