Hi
Got my October edition of Classic Car and Sportcar - superb article on Jim Clarks D Type and also on page 47 ish some great arty cartoon comicbook images and absolutely brilliant . In particular liked the one of EP and the Blue Elan - very striking and well drawn.
Does anyone know if any series or publications were made charting activities during this period of Loti history as want to read more.

HI Nico,
I haven't seen the article you refer to so I am hoping that this is of interest to you. Resides on my study wall:
The cartoon is I believe one of a series of around 50 famous motorsport people done by the cartoonist of the Daily Mirror - Sallon called "Motor-Racing Drivers Past and Present" (1956).
The autograph is a genuine one obtained separately.
Cheers
Steve
