Anyone got any recommendations for MOTing an Elan +2 in the Southampton/Portsmouth region of Hampshire?

Recommendations on where not to go might also be useful, if libelous.

I use a garage in Fleet (GU52) that vigorously check all the important things, but are more relaxed about others on classic cars. PM me for details if you want to travel this far.

I heartily recommend Wayne and Andy at http://www.polygon-transport.com/11301.html. They are in Marchwood so hope that is close to you. They are very thorough but have a good understanding of Classic Cars (and their foibles).

Polygon Transport are complete rip off merchants. They charged me ?300 to move a small car 90 miles!!!!!!!! with 5 other cars on the transporter. I would never use them again, and only used them in that one instance because of necessity.
