Have You a Photo of Your Elan in the 60s/70s?
Here is a shot of my Elan Sprint with a previous owner, the photograph came with the car, along with a few others the date on the back is April 1979. Love the red shirt and especially the moustache.

Two pics of my '65 S2. The first in 1968 when I had not long had the car and the second in 1972 when I had painted it white with flame orange bumpers! Originally the car was silver with red interior. It doesn't appear to exist now, exported or in Elan heaven? . Reg no DLB696C if anyone knows anything different.

Silver with red trim! Wow! Any colour photos of that colour scheme? Sounds wonderful.
My first S3 was silver with black trim, it was an October '66 car.

Last few pictures
the 26R was shipped in 65 arriving Australia early 66
Hope you enjoy, like many of you, I've a lifelong Elan addiction, currently enjoying rebuild of the 26R post crash in 2013, another 63 S1 underway and 65 S2 yet to be started, this is going to be a "Singer" Elan.
Cheers
