Thanks for those pic's
the white one, VJB 917 (1017P) was once mine.
It was metallic blue & had a dry sumped 1650cc Cosworth pre-crossflow engine & Elan G/box.
It went to USA & was raced in that form.
Any Pic's out there "across the Pond" or any information on the American owners/drivers at the time?
I would love to see records of the car competing.

Here's John having fun, shortly after The White Album was released, and Dark Side of the Moon was the Album to get! The colour shot shows his car with the biggest filler cap in the world fitted to one of the smallest cars.

I struggled to get that Weston Super Mare sprint pic into my message but was once again stumped with getting the right size.
Funny you should mention the filler cap; I asked the present owner if he still had it, but he didn't.
I'd have liked to hang it on my wall
The dry sump tank, under the bonnet, sported a smaller version.
