NOPE, common misunderstanding.
The DISPLAYED photo is 400 pixels, for speed, but if you right-click a photo and use open link to open it in a different tab or different window, you get a much fuller resolution, and can use CTRL wih the PLUS Or MINUS key to enlarge or shrink the picture.
