This looks like a "stylized" version of the Phantom Corsair.
Originally built in about 1938 by a son/heir of the H.J. Heinz family.
He supposedly was planning to make a run of these for sale. He used a Lycoming [of aircraft engine fame] V8. It has been shown at Pebble Beach at least once over the years, maybe twice. The Dash is wall to wall gauges, including an altimeter [possibly to continue the aircraft theme]. the styling was way ahead of its time.
This one does not look to be that car exactly, but if you look up an image of the original, it is very close. The son, Rust Heinz I believe was his name [or nickname?] was killed in an auto accident unrelated to the Corsair, in a friends Buick. He was not driving.
The original may be in the Harrah's Reno collection now
