Really looking forward to the weekend. Heading over tomorrow, pub on Wed night then setting up the car on Thursday. Quali on Friday and race Saturday. Sadly only the spanner monkey.

Well, ‘we’ came third!
A final corner lunge by Swifty to get on the podium.
It got into the best overtakes list

I spent Saturday afternoon in the car parks checking the pre-66 and pre-tax areas and there were just 9 Elans and 4 Elan +2s that I noted then and while walking from the pre-66 into the circuit on Friday and Sunday. I didn't count the Cortinas, perhaps 6, there was only one Type 14 Elite and no Europas.

These are the lowest counts since 2008 when I started keeping records while the highest counts were 29 Elans and 5 +2s (illicitly in the pre-66?) in 2012.
