I’ve bought from them twice in the last 6 months; I contacted them by telephone. I spoke to one of ex-Matty parts employee, working from home - the order picked and processed at CTL by Clive Chapman according to the invoice. Item arrived promptly, one involved an exchange deposit (Lucas starter) which was rapidly refunded once once I’d got my act together to return the original.
I’d agree the website is a bit ‘bare bones’ and I emphasise that I haven’t tried an internet purchase.
