Hi all,
The title says "introduction" but really should say "reintroduction" as I was an active member of the forum about a decade ago (under the account name tdafforn, cant seem to login so had to set up a new account). Anyhow, I again an owner of a +2. Thank you Greg Isherwood for selling me your +2. I have already been out for my first drive and memories of driving the kids around in my old +2 came flooding back. They are now in their 20s and wouldn't fit in the back even if I tried. Looking forward to a summer of lotus driving.
Tim

Welcome back, Tim.
Your previous contributions still crop up on searches, so its like you've never really been away!
Enjoy your Plus 2S 130/5. I am sure it has been passed on to you, but I do have a good lot of history on your car in my database.

Hi Tim,
Good to hear from you and to know my virtual self is still around
Greg Gave me a big folder of stuff which had details of past keepers. Do you have any more info than that?

Zetec+ 2 under const, also 130S. And another 130S for complete restoration. Previously Racing green +2s with green tints. Yellow +2 and a couple of others, all missed. Great to be back 04/11/2021 although its all starting to get a bit out of control.

John,
Good to hear from you.
Wasn't your +2 white?
I remember coming round to your place to see it and for some other reason, which currently escapes me!
I think a the time I was considering putting EFI on my +2.. Only got as far as ignition.
Cheers

Yes, that was me , White Plus2 with a sunroof , etc,etc,etc.
Was really pleased with the Megasquirt, steep learning curve, but went from 27mpg to 37 mpg with no loss of power/tractability,
John
