shipping twin cam to England from US

PostPost by: Wayne » Wed Jan 13, 2021 10:27 pm

I have a twin cam engine for sale here in Connecticut. I have a buyer in England that is interested and not deterred by the shipping cost. I have shipped cars to England before, but I am not to keen on just strapping the engine to a pallet. I would like to ship it in a small crate, several of which are available online. The buyer said keeping the pallet size under 100 CM is half the cost if we go over that. Looking for advice.

Thanks
Wayne

Try using Transglobal, I shipped a Gearbox from the UK to NY. Great online calculator & erxcellent tracking, service etc.

Their Webiste is https://www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/

You can specify item is on a pallet...

Agree, have had great success with transglobalexpress on items going both ways between US and UK.
