Radiator inlet and outlet sizes

Hi All,

I hope you are all having a happy holiday season!

Does anyone know the sizes of the inlet (top) and outlet (bottom) of the radiator? Mine (1972 Federal Sprint) are
1 1/8 on top and 1 1/4 on the bottom but my radiator had some work done and I don't know if that is standard.

Anyone with this arcane bit of knowledge will be appreciated.

Hey Jay, just checked my spare Standard narrow S4/Sprint radiator & both inlet & outlet vary between 1.125 & 1.190" in diameter (out of round mainly due to shipping damage); I would call this 1 1/8". I see it documented elsewhere that the thermostat outlet is 1 1/4 so the hose reduces to the radiator.
