British Car Days

Had a nice drive to the 27th British Car Days, hosted by the British Motorcar Club of Southern New Mexico yesterday, Sat. Picture of my three cars and a friends Elise. Joined by another friend in a bug eyed Sprite. Another +2, Elise and 7 were the Lotus in attendance. About 75 cars in all, mostly classics. Oldest was a Morgan three wheeler from the late 20's I believe, A 51 Riley RMB left hand drive, lots of very nice examples of many other marques. About 75 cars in all. So almost 10% Lotus represented. Event is held at the plaza in historic old Mesilla outside of Las Cruces NM. About a 35 mile drive each way from El Paso. A great day. Gary

35 miles is a bit more convenient than your home state's British Car day. I bet you didn't have much trouble finding a couple of people to drive your other two Lotus's!
