SUE MILLER

PostPost by: vincereynard » Wed Jan 17, 2018 11:26 am

I have been strident in my condemnation of poor service from various companies. Accept crap and all you get is more.

So it is pleasant to give acknowledgement to someone who understands the term service - Sue Miller.

She goes above and beyond normal business simply to help. Get to know her and she sends stuff out
for next day delivery with an invoice for you to pay directly. Mutual trust.

Please remember she is a one woman band. If you cannot get through it is rare, so just keep trying.

It will be a sad day indeed when she eventually retires.

Sorry about that! I tried to put a smilie in the headline but it wouldn't have it.

She still sounded chirpy enough when I spoke to her this morning. I'd ordered 4 thackery washers and they turned up with a compliment slip. A freebie for business we had done. :)

What a star.

I bought a set of NOS valve springs from Sue a few years ago. When I told her I lived in Writtle, Essex, she said " I am coming down that way tomorrow - I can drop them off".

And she did. What service! :D

A truly honest trader. If only we could say that about them all. I just love getting the parts and then sending payment. Who else does that. Long may she invoice the Lotus community

Maybe we shouldn't be making so much noise about her invoicing regime in case those less scrupulous than us take advantage?
