Great looking car, but it says that the VIN and the chassis number don't match! I guess that means there is a discrepancy between the number stamped on the frame, on the plate and the number in the paperwork. Known by the Seven Registry, so could be an issue in getting the car registered.

It won't prevent registration but is a huge issue WRT authenticity
no original gauges
not original sheet metal [note the early style seat contour vs arch style trans tunnel]
there are some original details[pedal assy, cosworth manifolds] is it missing others
repop unit number plate
one would need to know why the numbers do not match to know what is going on, if it was more original it would be less worrying.

The font for the frame number number appears correct (see photo from an original 1960 Series 2 frame), the welding of the tag is open to interpretation. The tags on the early frames 1960/1 were welded in front of passenger seat. At some point in 1961 the numbers were stamped with a prefix B (BL for LHD's) on the frame at the base of the master cylinder bracket.
A vin plate commencing SB15.. is highly likely to have the later frame no.
On the Cosworth engine Se7ens the factory recorded the individual Weber carb numbers on the build sheet.
