Who would like to meet at Le Mans?

This weekend, who might I like to bump into? Gareth, elanman, Pete, elansprint 71, obviously, and a couple of other CLOTs. Maybe that crazy Steve Broad, you`ve got to love him. Rohan, if only. Peirac, he`s a nice bloke. Megthingy seems a good sort. Elanintheforest and TRW wotsit from the Sprint register. Brian Buckland and thingy from Hampshire who puts fascinating racing clips on youtube.
Barak Obama, the Queen, the Dalai Llama and everyone else who knows me. Have I missed anyone?
See you then.

P.S. I`m coming with our daughter: a single mother of 34 who`d like to meet absolutely anybody.

I wish.. but I am going to a local show in Kimbolton this weekend. Hope everybody who attends has a great time. It should like a British invasion of France though

Hi Jim,
I'll be there too with my +2 and a load of 30 something friends, camping in Blue Nord, feel free to say hi if you see us.
Are there any forum meet ups arranged, I'm afraid I've not had time to be on the forum, too busy getting prepped for departure!

Well, we`re back and saw absolutely no-one even vaguely familiar, despite knowing of at least 20 different people, maybe 40, who were there. Usually, at any event you always bump into someone you weren`t expecting.
My first time at the Le Mans classic and we had a really great time but I doubt I`ll return. Such poor facilities and awful and outrageously priced food with huge queues reflected a bit of a don`t care attitude. The racing on such a long circuit wasn`t interesting either but we loved the razzamatazz. The campsite didn`t quite meet the toilet requirements of the 1948 Shops, Offices and Railways Act. 1 sink, 4 urinals and 1 cubicle for 100s of blokes, 3 for the ladies. It was hopelessly inadequate but we had a great time anyway.
