I am having difficulty in contacting Mick Miller Classic Lotus. The phone is never answered and email ignored.
Does anyone know whether Susan is OK?

I ordered parts from Susan by phone on Monday as usual.
She is busy like any of us and you just have to catch her in.
I believe the Shop is closed on Fridays.

Hi,
Phil, Eric and Grizzly hit the nail on the head - unfortunately my Mum hasn't worked out how to clone herself yet so sometimes she just can't get to the phone if she has customers in the shop or is rushing to get orders out by FedEx or to the post office (and, of course, for the latter she then has to actually go to the post office!).
She tends to deal with emails once a day, although sometimes if there's any computery problems it may be a a day or two - I'm the tech member of the family and if i'm not here to deal with IT problems then there may be a short delay.
Thank you for the kind words of everyone. My mother still works harder than anyone I know and, as Eric rightly points out, she did try to implement a policy of closing the shop on a Friday so she got a day off once a week. Alas, that hasn't proved that successful and it tends to be another long normal day! Incidentally, she will not be available from tomorrow until Tuesday of next week (20th October) as she's being packed off for a holiday (albeit the briefest of ones), on the grounds that she will only get a break if she leaves the premises! Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
