I'm am new here and considering an Elan purchase

The opportunity to buy a basket case Elan S4 DHC has come up so I'm here for advice and to find out about the people who own these special cars. I currently own and drive a 1969 Triumph TR6 that I restored from a basket case. I consider the Elan to be something very special and look forward to learning what makes them and their owners tick.
