fastener with a 90 degree loop?

Does anyone know the name of the item pictured? It's has a tab on one end and a loop 90 degrees from the hole in the tab. I'm looking for a source, but don't know what to ask for.

Thanks, guys for your insight and suggestions. It appears the correct name might be a standoff, but there seem to be hundreds of variations. Gives me a good start for further investigation.

Check out race service 4 u they make the ignition wire loops that are used on 12 plug Porsche engines. I recently purchased some and I’m about to get the pleasure of seeing and enjoying my 2.8RSR spec engine after a long and frustrating rebuild.
The engine rebuild costs alone would fund a first class Elan restoration!
