Brands Hatch accident

I was at Brands Hatch yesterday and witnessed the horrific accident that took the life of a marshall. The medics and the safety team worked so hard for over an hour trying to save him but he eventually succumbed to his injuries. A sad day.

I am so saddened to hear this. I have worked as a turn marshall, pit marshall, tech inspection, and emergency tow crew. These people volunteer their time and skills so we can enjoy our cars on circuit. Condolences to his family and friends.

Condolences to all. A sad day . Those folks work very hard to make the events happen and aee generally unappreciated.
