I haven't had Stilton in ages but I'm partial to an English Cheddar that's already reasonably priced at my local Costco. Most good cheeses regardless of origin are ridiculously overpriced in USA.

I have a feeling some importers will not bother passing the savings on to us, particularly the whisky importers...
There is no cure for Lotus, only treatment.
