It’s a dual vane roots type, it’s not a Shorrocks or Judson, it’s key difference being the inlet and outlets are on opposite sides of the casing.
It came with a bunch of TJ fuel injection and lotus elite parts I bought. I was going to use this on 1500 Seven project with IRS.
Any ideas help gladly received

Hi Vaughan,

Possibly a version of the Marshall-Nordec supercharger commonly used on early Mg's?

Al, you’re a font of knowledge, I had wondered if it was one that was mounted in front of engine as it has the four studs.

Al, after searching for the make you suggested I found an amazing MG site with links to the many different Superchargers that were available and an identical image was alongside the following entry.
M.A.G. This was a high quality unit by Motosacoche S.A. in Switzerland. Also known as “MAG”
Used on MG and VW in 50’s good for up to 1500 cc engines.

Hi Vaughan,
interesting supercharger you have there!
Would you be interested in selling the unit? I could need it for a project of mine.

Thanks and best regards from Germany
