Not going out

Here`s a pic. of my wife in our drive today, she`s not very tall, but I doubt we`ll be using the Elan. If only we had winter tyres.

The key here is to use the slippery aerodynamic body to cut through the stuff at ground level...

I think there is some lift on the front. And if you go fast there will some lift at the back also ...

Maybe better sucking in and melting the snow with help of the radiator ...

Some Elan (OK, M100) owners DO have winter tyres, and DO go out to play in the snow......

No Elans on the road at the bottom of our drive, nor "intrepid" BBC reporters stood in a couple of inches filling the news with the b****ing obvious. This was taken on Thursday but a JCB has finished clearing the drifts today.
I should add that Carole was wearing several layers and isn`t really so wide. The dog was wearing a fur coat.
