Screw thread size...Please...SORTED

Am having trouble locating the thread type of a screw I'm trying to replace...

The measurements are 0.097" 3/32" 2.49mm diameter 53 TPI ( all approx )

Where is a 7BA used? I am used to running into 2- and 4BA fairly often with interior trim and door handles.

Wow, 7BA,
I have never heard of ,or seen 7BA screws and there they are on E Bay. Apparently frequently used on model steam engines.
Now we want to know what you want it for John.
