Anyone know if Susan Miller is on holidays or unwell?? I have sent several emails and had no reply, the mails were orders so it is not like I was asking for quotes or anything!!

I placed orders with her by phone on both Monday and Tuesday of last week and she answered personally and despatched both without delay, so she was fully operational then.
