This recently joined the fold. A '64 FIA AC 289 (302 in this case) with quad Webers. It's just about ready to go for its first MOT in many years, so it's now on road tyres which are slightly less balloon like than the race ones in this pic.

Makes me cringe everytime I see that add... take a close look at the rear 1/3 of the car... they photo-shopped in Rust!!! :roll:

The Track day we did a 1:50.466 on the full circuit at Oulton park

it even had leather seats in it at that time too, Fun was had by all that day

For those who don't know, the car has a 13b Turbo twin Wankel Rotary in it (no Pistons here) it puts out well over 500hp from an engine that is Unbelievably Reliable and pulls to 9500rpm where the rev limiter stops fun (bit thirsty though) :roll:

Its a vicious Track car.
