Bought it through ebay so got £50 off, cost £1280 delivered easy to put together and fairly easy to move just had to
get it in the correct position as i have limited room in my garage. I looked at several lifters but this was the only one that fit under the car.

Very nice. My QuickJack works well; the only annoying part is I have to double up on the rubber feet to clear the exhaust.

Which one it that BL3500 or Bl-5000?
I have BL-5000 which has been great of +2 and other cars but would have to be side ways for an Elan.
My top tip for the quick jack is to add some:
https://www.harborfreight.com/5-8-eight ... 67067.html
To side arms, so that when full down they roll on them, but as soon as you start to raise they come of the floor and it sit on the feet. Allows you to roll them around flat on the floor very easily when collapsed. They can be fixed with just some good double sided tape.

I came across EZ Car Lifts the other day on the Holden web site. Made in the USA with Holden being the UK distributor. The video demonstration is very good. Pretty well set on getting one. Has anyone else used one?

I haven't. I did consider them before I bought my quickjack.
I liked it but getting all the extra bits to make it work with daily cars as well as the +2 changed it from expensive to very expensive. It was also more challenging to store due to the fixed width and if I remember correctly the access to central parts of the car were more limited.
