Gold Plated Torque Wrench

Ever see one of these? Also a set of wrenches too. My father gave them to me recently.

My Grandfather won these as a Master Mechanic for Chrysler some time in the early 60's.

There is also a socket set and another wrench set that Dad gave to my brother. I tried to get them from him but he won't part with them, not that I blame him.
