+2 rear disk replacement

What am i missing here, must be something very obvious, installing new disks as part of rebuild, all size as originals, however no matter where i place the hub ears they don't align and disc fouls wishbone.

The disk fits to the outside of the ears not inside and if rotated correclty should align. The disk dish needs to correctly oriented to fit the disk between the longitudinal brace in he A frame and hub.

Not intuitive :)
