Brake light pedal switch

Hi all,

I have spent many months or trailing through the electrics on my Elan + 2 as my headlights have been popping down. The wiring is far from ideal on this rebuild. I have now replaced much of the wiring and swapped everything I can for LED. The lights are now not popping down any more after reducing the load on the battery. Or we just got lucky with slowly replacing every part.

BUT! The last part I need is the brake light switch that screws in to the pedal box. Does anyone know where I can get this?

I bought one at local US parts store. Seems like it fit a domestic Ford of some sort. Amazingly enough parts guy did not need make, model and year to find it. Gary
