Parking brake missing!

Hello All,
Well, it just seems that the whole parking brake is missing on my car: no handle, nor cables etc.
I guess it was removed during a previous restoration, since the system didn't worked very well anyway... Any suggestion? What should I install? I know that the handle can be hard to find...
Its a 1966 coupe
