Hi,
STD 5 pin knock off hubs - 26r wheel arches.
13" wheels - preferably 6" wide - what is the best offset and would a 175/60 work?
Thanks.

Yes I’ve run 185x60x13 easily using plus two knock on hubs as well on Elan.

The 26R arches are very accommodating.
On the GTS I have some road legal tyres, Avon CR6ZZ, 185/70 13
26R hubs obviously

There's still plenty room.
On race days it fits ;

But it won't fit a :

Hi Graeme
Apologies thread drift!!
I can fit 550’s on the rear of mine!! Which is what it ran on rear in period for the 12 hour races 550L13 rather M series. It does look good!!
We did have to fit long springs to avoid the tyres fouling the doing perch. But with new regulations that issue has probably been solved.
Tony T was adamant about staying with 525’s though.
What camber do you run with 525’s?
Cheers

So what offset 6x13 are you running?
Is it affected by the 26r hubs as opposed to the std 5pin knock ons?

Correct , the 550 L will fit, the 525 is the biggest M section. My race series is allowed to run either.
I would need to check my numbers but from memory I’m 1 deg neg at the back and 1.5 fronts
I’m afraid I don’t know the offsets of the 26 R mag wheels. Additionally the wishbones are different, as are the hubs , but my best guess would be there’s probably little displacement if any in the position of the hub face.
