Can anyone tell me the correct diameter(s) and lengths for the brake & clutch m/c clevis pins?

Clevis pin is 5/16" dia x 7/16" long (underside of head to edge of split pin hole) ...... or approx 8mm x 12mm

That's for the original pushrod with fixed clevis, if an adjustable clevis is fitted or the pedal has been drilled oversize to overcome wear then yours may be different.
