Image LM4 Road Wheel

PostPost by: JonnyPlus2 » Thu Jun 22, 2017 6:05 am

A friend of mine sent me a link to this firm which makes the above 26R replica wheel: http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/lm4-alloy-wheel/

They look like an affordable alternative. Has anyone tried them? Thanks.

I looked into these. I have the original 5 peg hubs and wanted 15x6 rims. Image wheels said they could do this but wanted me to measure up my current wheels and complete a diagram showing various clearances. TBH given they were custom made I didn't want to risk it given the cost. If you do go for it let me know as they look like great wheels.

They do look sharp, for the price they are very attractive.

Which KO is used with these wheels? The ones for steel wheels, or the ones used with the Lotus alloy wheels?

Jon, there is some information in this thread and you could try contacting the forum members to see if they bought Image wheels:

Do you wish you had kept the 26R wheels you sold me in 1984/85? :)
